Cancellation Policy

Out of respect of our time and our clients time, we require that you reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable!

In the event of a no show or less than 48 hour cancellation, a cancellation fee equivalent to your service will be charged. After 3 no shows will result in the client being blocked from booking. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Our appointments do run by time. If you arrive 10 minutes or more late it will be considered a no show in which case our cancellation policy will take affect. If you can not make your appointment email or contact us by phone.
